What We Do

We are focused upon providing capital in the form of structured finance to the middle market for management buyouts, leveraged financing, recapitalisations, bridge financing, corporate leverage and balance sheet restructuring opportunities.

 

Private Equity Sponsor Finance

The Lead Origination team concentrates on middle market private equity investors with up to €200 million of committed equity capital. The team specialises in providing senior and subordinated debt to middle-market leveraged transactions throughout Europe with an enterprise value typically up to €500 million.
